Louise is a highly experienced professional coach and trainer with over 20 years combined experience as an Executive Coach and Senior Sales Manager in a large multinational. Louise has a proven track record of consistently motivating and inspiring individuals and teams to overachieve on their professional and personal goals. Louise’s background is a blend of practical business experiences in Performance Management combined with expertise as a Strengthscope ™ Master Coach in Leadership Development, Team Engagement, Performance Management and Career Coaching.

Recognised at all levels for her integrity, Louise is committed to facilitating leaders and their teams in gaining awareness of their leadership strengths, performance risks and effectiveness in delivering key leadership outcomes. As an ICF Award Finalist and extensive experience in both In-person and VIRTUAL coaching, leadership and management (national and international) Louise can empathise with the challenges individuals face in the workplace when leading and managing teams. She supports, challenges and inspires her clients to change behaviours that are undermining their best efforts.
